Erin Libardoni is a seasoned communications professional who has spent more than 15 years managing and leading organizational communication strategies and messaging across a variety of industries and companies. Erin’s expertise includes employee and corporate communications, strategic and executive communications, product and brand communications, corporate citizenship and environmental social governance strategy and execution, media relations and crisis management, social media, mobile app communications and website development, marketing, brand management and new business development.

Erin most recently served as the Global Head of Communications at Cartamundi Group. While there, she reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for all internal and external communications, social media, media and public relations, crisis and the company group brand. She has also held roles at Brown Brothers Harriman and Co., OneAmerica, TransUnion, and Fortune Brands Home & Security.

As the world around us shifts to be mobile and digital, Erin is keen on advising organizations to adopt a “mobile first” mentality. Erin has deep expertise in launching and leading internal mobile communication solutions and corporate social responsibility strategies and implementation. While at Fortune Brands, Erin spearheaded the implementation and content strategy of the internal mobile communication app called “Connect.” The Connect mobile app enabled corporate and traditionally hard-to-reach employees on the manufacturing shop floor to gain access to timely, targeted company information.

Erin managed community relations and corporate social responsibility efforts across several organizations. Erin assisted in launching community relation recaps and CSR reports, in addition to managing non-profit partnership relationships for maximum impact. While at OneAmerica, Erin designed and launched a first-of-its-kind internal digital marketing strategy and campaign in support of the company’s annual United Way fundraising efforts. She partnered with internal stakeholders to create customized videos and table tents with QR codes that linked to content associates could download and view during the campaign.

Erin is a Boston, MA native and graduate of Providence College in Providence, RI, where she received her B.A. degree in English. She received her M.A. in Communications Management from Simmons University in Boston, MA. While there, she received The Bernstein Award, which recognizes a student who has provided significant service to the Master’s in Communications Management program. Erin is publishing a children’s book about a car ride she takes through Cambridge, Mass with her two Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers, Ruby and Emmy, titled Toller Tales: Car Rides.
